The following rates and guidelines apply to the CTDS newsletter only.

The CTDS newsletter is a well-read monthly publication that reaches our entire membership.

Ad Submission Deadline

Materials and associated fees are due the 20th of each month prior to the month of publication.

Advertisements may be updated or substituted any time during the year if you have purchased twelve months of advertising and meet the usual submission deadlines.

There are no refunds for classified advertisements.

Where to Send Your Materials

Advertisement and classified ad materials to appear in the newsletter should be sent directly to the newsletter editor.

Where to Send Your Payment

Please send your payment to the newsletter editor. Make your check payable to the “Central Texas Dressage Society” and mail to the address provided on your invoice.

Submission Guidelines

When preparing your advertisement, note the newsletter is prepared in color for online distribution, but in black and white for print. Please submit your advertisement in one of the following formats (in order of preference from most preferred to least preferred):

JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg)
TIFF (.tif or .tiff)
GIF (.gif)
Windows Bitmap (.bmp)
Microsoft Publisher (.pub) — USE STANDARD FONTS ONLY
Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) — USE STANDARD FONTS ONLY
Rich Text Format (.rtf) — USE STANDARD FONTS ONLY
Plain Text (.txt)
Hardcopy for scanning — PRESERVATION OF QUALITY NOT GUARANTEED

Classified ads should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), or Plain Text (.txt) only.
