Clinics

Clinics are an excellent resource for improving your skills, typically by a one-on-one session with an experienced dressage trainer or judge (“the clinician”). Clinicians come from all over the country (sometimes the world) to the central Texas area to teach.

In lieu of participating in the clinic as a rider, many clinics offer the ability to “audit” the clinic as an observer only. By auditing, you get the benefit of watching other riders and hearing the clinician’s comments without the extra effort of trailering-in, tacking-up, and riding.
