Governing Board
The CTDS governing board is a committed group of volunteers that keep the club operating. The board meets once per month. Board positions are up for renewal every 1 or 2 years, depending upon the position. Complete details of the club’s operation can be found in:

President

The president leads the board, helps identify our needs, and represents our organization to USEF, USDF, and other Region 9 GMOs.
Vice President

The vice president recruits new members, handles insurance, and publishes the yearly membership directory.
Awards Coordinator

The awards coordinator tracks member achievements during the year and organizes the year-end awards banquet.
Mini-Show Co-Managers

The mini-show manager organizes and conducts our schooling shows including the fall formal.
Newsletter Editor
Gail Folkins (email)
The newsletter editor produces and distributes our monthly newsletter, providing original content, collecting submitted articles and photos, and placing advertising.
Programs and Clinics Coordinator

The programs and clinics coordinator organizes educational events with area clinicians.
Public Relations & Advertising Coordinator

The public relations and advertising coordinator is responsible for promoting the club and organizes club sponsors and advertisers.
Secretary

The secretary captures the minutes of all meetings and maintains the bylaws and policies and procedures documents.
Treasurer

The treasurer handles all financial transactions, submits USDF dues, and is the registered agent for non-profit status.
Webmaster

The webmaster is responsible for the technical maintenance of the website and aids other board members in publishing online materials.
